A WOMEN'S CIRCLE IS A GATHERING

Connect, up-lift and find support, through life’s continual shifts & changes. This is a safe inclusive space to show up exactly as you are.

It is a time to strengthen our emotional reserve and tend to our inner-self .

It is a place where we discover and integrate new ways that serve the women we are becoming.  As each woman claims her seat in the circle, we come together as equals by our common purpose.

We practice relational listening, holding space and being heard, in equal part

We start with an introduction, where a woman gets to introduce herself. We refill our energy through an opening guided meditation, adventure to theme & sharing, intention setting, and closing.

The circle provides a loving and encouraging space to free your inner voice, speak your experience, spark your imagination and connect deeply to energies with and with each other.

After each circle, we become more energized, calm and confident - better poised to go out and change the world for the better.
